Party Time!
Halloween Style!! Lots of goodies
and goblins!
Congratulations to Mr. McNeill who won hands down the
Mr. Lively look-alike contest!
Amazing
resemblance! Kind of scary!
It
is time to turn in your popcorn orders this Monday night, November
1st. Bring us your order in legible condition. If you bring money, put it in an envelope and be prepared to
have it recounted by your adult patrol advisor for verification.
This
Monday night we will be in full uniform for our last Merit Badge session. Lets all plan to be there !
The
next campout will be on November 12th-14th and we are going to Guadalupe Peak
with 2 different treks to choose from.
This will an excellent opportunity to see
beautiful country and get some backpacking in!
There will also be a hike or perhaps a visit to Carlsbad Caverns, for
those that do not go up the peak! Fun for all. Fee is
only $15 and you only have two Mondays left to sign up!
Eagle Court of Honor will be November
15th! at the Memorial Civic Center. Doors will
open at 6pm. Dinner at
6:30. Seating is limited. Tickets are available from Mr. Bentley (797-3393), Mr. Gradel (794-0095) or Mr. Hearn (794-7584) for $12.00
each. This includes a catered meal as
well as a night you will not forget.
What could be better than seeing over 80 hard working young men receive
recognition for a job well done! Lets
all plan to be there in full uniform.
For the newer scouts, remember, we wear our neckerchiefs(
red with black piping) on this very special night. Also wear your merit badge sash. Invite your whole family to attend.
Congratulations to:
Cade Cook, David
Glasheen and Derick Smith, who passed their
Eagle Boards. They will join Jeff
Dillon, Sam Dowell, Daniel Hogan, Michael Pandya,
Michael Vance, Patrick Simmons, Bergen Bybee, Justin
Slay, Michael Martinez and Nikki Viswanathan for formal recognition of this wonderful
accomplishment at the November 15th,

cause: his Eagle project at the Texas
Boys Ranch. He also needs some
scouts and adults to assist with his project.
